    Privacy Policy

    The Company cares about the privacy of our Users. In processing Personal Data, the Company complies with all provisions of applicable Personal Data protection laws.

    We aim to be completely transparent about our Personal Data processing practices. For this purpose, we have developed this Privacy Policy. We have tried to write the Privacy Policy in clear and understandable language to make it as accessible to you as possible.

    Among other things, the Privacy Policy defines:

    • what kind of Personal Data we process;
    • what purposes of such processing are;
    • what rights the User has with respect to such Personal Data;
    • whether Personal Data are transmitted to third parties;
    • what measures we take to protect Personal Data;
    • and other details of the processing of Personal Data.

    This Privacy Policy applies to our website and related subdomains, as well as our ALTER REBEL app (collectively, the Service). By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions that govern our service.

    Specific terms in this Privacy Policy shall have the following meanings.

    In order to make the meaning of this Privacy Policy as clear as possible, whenever we use any of these terms, we mean them as follows:

    • “Cookies” are text files that contain small amounts of information that are downloaded to your device when you visit the Service. They are used to identify your browser, analyze data, and remember information about you, such as your language preferences or login information.
    • Company – when this Policy refers to the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”, it refers to ALTER REBEL, which determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data and is primarily responsible for its processing.
    • Country – the country in which ALTER REBEL and/or the owners/founders of ALTER REBEL are located, in this case, Ukraine.
    • User – a subject of Personal Data, a natural person who has acceded to this Privacy Policy in his or her own interest.
    • Device – any gadget connected to the Internet, including a phone, tablet, computer or any other gadget that can be used to visit the Service in order to receive services.
    • IP address is a unique digital label assigned to each device connected to a network that uses the Internet Protocol for communication.
    • Personal Data – information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.
    • Server – a program part that carries out the process of administering and collecting your Personal Data.

    Information we collect.

    • register with and log in to our Service;
    • use our Services, including placing your order, subscribing to our newsletter, answering a survey, or filling out a form;
    • communicate with us.

    Account information. Upon registration on our Service, you will need to give us your name, surname, mobile phone number and real email address. You will also need to create a login and a password.

    By providing your email address, you agree to receive emails from us. You may unsubscribe from any of these mailing lists at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link or other unsubscribe option contained in the relevant email. We only send emails to people who have authorized us to contact them directly or through third parties. By submitting your email address, you also agree to allow us to use your email address for customer audience targeting on sites such as Facebook, where we show customized advertising to specific people who have opted in to receive communications from us.

    Request-Related Data. When you send any request or communication to the Company through the company email, we collect and process data that you voluntarily provide to us (such as your name, email address, phone number etc.). We ask you not to provide us with excessive Personal Data, including Personal Data of any third parties.

    Automatic processing of personal data. Some Personal Data, including your IP address, may be collected in an automated manner, such as by using cookies.

    Financial information. The Company does not collect and process the data required to pay for the goods on its own, as all payments are made through the payment system. The Company can only access the User ID assigned by the payment system, as well as other information about the User and their purchases stored in the payment system, except your bank card number and CVV2 code.

    Location data. Once you register, we may collect and process information about your location. This location information is being collected based on your IP address and is restricted to the name of your city. We are not using other technologies to determine your location. When we have location information, we may use it to optimize our Services for you.

    Cookies, automatic data collection, and related technologies. As you navigate through our Service, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns.

    Why we collect information.

    We process your Personal Data for the following purposes:

    • to perform the functions assigned to the Company in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter – the “GDPR“);
    • to personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs);
    • sending commercial (marketing) messages to Users containing additional information about current promotions and special offers;
    • to identify the subject of Personal Data when you use the Service;
    • to communicate with you, if it is necessary, including sending offers, information materials, messages, information and requests, advertising, as well as processing requests of the subject of Personal Data;

However, in order to provide quality services, maintain various features of the Service and keep it running, we hire people, enter into agreements with independent contractors and cooperate with other service providers, companies and organizations. For this reason, some of your Personal Data may be shared with such persons.

    In all the above cases, we comply with data protection laws and do everything we can to ensure the security of data processing at all stages.

    To achieve the purposes of data processing, we can provide your data to such persons:

    We may share your data with our employees or trusted contractors. With employees and contractors who have access to your data, we enter into non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements to protect the protection of personal data.

    • Third parties.

    We may share your personal data with third parties, such as advertisers, contest sponsors, advertising and marketing partners, etc., who create our content or whose products or services we believe may be of interest to you. We may also share such data with our current and future affiliates and business partners, and if we are involved in a merger, asset sale or other business reorganization, we may also share or transfer your personal data and other non-personal information to our successors.

    In addition, the Company may use end-user information from third parties.

    The Company collects end-user data necessary to provide services to our clients. End users may voluntarily provide us with information that they have posted on social media websites. If you provide us with such information, we may collect publicly available information from the social networks you have indicated. You can control the amount of your information that social media sites make publicly available by visiting those sites and changing your privacy settings.

    • Government agencies.

    We may disclose your Personal Data to enforce the law. In other words, we may disclose information needed for investigations or legal proceedings at the official request of government authorities. If we have to disclose your data, we will notify you immediately and provide you with a copy of the request, unless prohibited by law.

    How long do we keep your personal data?

    We keep your personal data for as long as we need it to provide you with ALTER REBEL services and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. This also applies to anyone with whom we share your personal data and who provides services on our behalf of you.

    When we no longer need to use your personal data and do not need to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we either delete it from our systems or anonymize it so that we cannot identify you.

    How do we protect your personal data?

    We implement a variety of security measures to ensure the security of your personal data when you place an order or enter, send or access your personal data. We offer the use of a secure server. All confidential/financial information provided is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in the database of our payment gateway providers, which is accessible only by those who have special access rights to such systems and are obliged to keep the information confidential. Your personal information is never stored on file after the transaction. However, we cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit to ALTER REBEL or guarantee that your information on the Service cannot be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed as a result of a breach of any of our physical, technical or managerial safeguards.

    Can your personal data be transferred to other countries?

    ALTER REBEL is registered in Ukraine. Information collected through the use of the Service, through direct interaction with you or as a result of using our help desk services may be transferred from time to time to our offices or personnel, or to third parties located around the world and may be viewed and maintained anywhere in the world, including countries that may not have laws of general application governing the use and transfer of such data.

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by using any of the above methods, you voluntarily agree to the cross-border transfer and posting of such information.

    Is your personal data collected using the Service secure?

    We take measures to ensure the security of your personal information. We have physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place to help protect, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and use your personal information appropriately. However, neither people nor security systems are foolproof, including encryption systems. In addition, people can commit intentional crimes, make mistakes, or fail to follow policies. Therefore, while we make every effort to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If applicable law imposes a duty on us to protect your personal data, you agree that a willful breach will be the standard for assessing our compliance with that duty.

    You should be aware that it is not technologically possible to delete from our system every record of information you have provided to us. The need to back up our systems to protect information from unintentional loss means that a copy of your personal data may exist in a form that is difficult or impossible for us to locate. Immediately upon receipt of your request, all personal data stored in databases that we actively use and other searchable media will be updated, corrected, amended or deleted, as appropriate, as soon as reasonably and technically possible.

    Governing law.

    This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in connection with any action or dispute arising between the parties based on or in connection with this Privacy Policy.

    Links to other websites.

    This Privacy Policy applies only to the Service. The Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated or controlled by ALTER REBEL. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on such websites, and such websites are not investigated, monitored, or verified by us for accuracy or completeness. Please be aware that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Privacy Policy no longer applies. Browsing and interaction with any other website, including those that have a link to our Service, is governed by that website’s own terms and conditions and policies. Such third parties may use their own cookies or other methods to collect information about you.

    Payment details.

    With regard to any bank card or other payment details you provide to us, we undertake that this confidential information will be stored in the most secure manner possible.

    Children’s privacy.

    We do not contact anyone under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 14. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 14 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our Service.

    Tracking technologies.

    • to protect your Personal Data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect from providing information that is unreliable or discrediting the honor, dignity and business reputation of the individual;
    • to submit complaints on processing of your Personal Data to the Company;
    • to apply legal remedies in case of breach of legislation on Personal Data protection;
    • to become familiar with the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
    • to be protected from the automated decision, which has legal consequences for you.

    The Company has the right to entrust the processing of Personal Data to a third party with the consent of the subject of personal data, based on the contract concluded with the third party, the condition of which is confidentiality and non-disclosure of personal data.

    The Company is careful to ensure your rights under the GDPR, among which is worth noting the following:

    • The right for the information.

    We are willing to provide you with the information about which of your Personal Data we process.

    If you would like to know what Personal Data we process, you can make a request for this information at any time, including by contacting the Company. At the same time, when applying you must inform us of your specific requirements so that we can lawfully consider your request and respond.

    Please note that in the event that we are unable to verify your identity by email or telephone, or in the event of reasonable doubt about your identity, we may ask you to provide proof of identity, including by personal appearance at the Company’s location. Only in this way we can avoid disclosing your Personal Data to a person who may be impersonating you.

    We will process requests as quickly as possible, but at the same time, please remember that providing a complete and legitimate response regarding Personal Data is a complex process that can last up to a month.

    • The right to have your data corrected.

    If you find that some of the Personal Data processed about you are incorrect or out of date, please let us know. In this case, we may ask you to apply the identity document, including by personal appearance at the location of the Company.

    • The right to withdrawal consent for the processing your Personal Data and the right to be forgotten.

    If the Company processes your Personal Data on the basis of your consent of the processing your Personal Data (in particular for the purpose of marketing/advertising mailings), further processing can be stopped at any time. It is sufficient to withdraw your consent for such processing.

    You may also exercise your right to be forgotten. In this case, the Company will destroy your Personal Data that are processes, with the exception of Personal Data that we are required to retain by law.

    Also in this case, for security reasons, the Company may ask you to provide proof of identity, including directly to the location of the Company.

    Changes to our Privacy Policy.

    This Privacy Policy may be amended or terminated by the Company unilaterally without prior notice to Users, including if required by applicable law.

    If we change the way your Personal Data is processed, we will amend this Privacy Policy. The amended version of the Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the amended version of the Privacy Policy.
