Product Condition:
- The item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, stains, damage, or incomplete packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
According to the law, the following items cannot be returned:

- Underwear, swimwear, and similar items
Promotional Items:
The return of discounted products is possible only under the conditions specified in the promotion rules.
Return Instructions

Step 3: Send the Item
- Pack the item securely with the return form included.
- Ship the package to the specified address using your preferred postal service.
- Important: Keep the shipping receipt until you receive confirmation from us.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your account.
- Exchanges are handled immediately after verification and confirmation of the desired item’s availability.
